About The Position
Job Title : Radiologic Technologist - Mobile X-Ray Job Specialty : Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Job Duration : Discussed at interview Shift : 1 : 00 PM - 12 : 30 AM Guaranteed Hours : Discussed at interview Experience : Minimum years of experience not specified License : State licensure reimbursement after 90 days of employment Certifications : ARRT Must-Have : Maintain required State licenses and / or ARRT Certification, health requirements, and operational requirements.
Valid driver's license in good standing.- Vaccination against COVID-19 is required, or proper documentation for exemption must be submitted.
Job Description : Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG (if applicable) services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities.
- Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit them for interpretation.
- Transport and unload portable X-Ray equipment and perform exams ordered by the physician.- Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-ray images.
- Perform EKGs as needed and transmit them for interpretation, if required.- Scan exam-related paperwork / billing documents daily as per protocol.
- Communicate regularly, efficiently, and professionally with peers, management, dispatch department, and clients.- Handle physical demands, such as pushing / pulling equipment, with the assistance of vehicle ramps and pulleys.
