Description Job Schedule : Per Diem Standard Hours : 1 Job Shift : Shift 1 Shift Details : Per diem SNF rounding and coverage Physician - Per Diem SNF Admission Coverage Position Details : Hartford HealthCare is seeking a per diem Internist, Family Medicine or Geriatrician on a per diem basis to provide Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) admissions and rounding coverage.
