Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Engage in door-to-door sales to generate leads and build customer relationships.
• Conduct roof inspections to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Drive new business by actively prospecting and presenting the services of Ridge Valley Exteriors.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals while providing excellent customer service.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the sales process.
• Attend training sessions to become a Certified Roof Top Expert, gaining a thorough understanding of our products and services.
• Positively contribute to the team culture at Ridge Valley Exteriors by collaborating with fellow team members to achieve business objectives.
• Be present onsite on the day of installation to provide customer service, review details with customers, check in on progress, and close out the project upon completion.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess :

• A positive and outgoing personality that thrives in a customer-centric environment.
• Strong drive and motivation to work hard and achieve sales successes.
• Self-reflective qualities with a willingness to learn and grow in sales.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and building trust.
• Availability to work five days a week, with Saturdays being the most productive and rewarding.
• Willingness to conduct roof inspections and engage in door-to-door sales (training provided for effective door-knocking).
• Ability to set up ladders, climb roofs, work at heights, access attics, lift 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions year-round.
• Roofing sales experience is a plus, but not required (comprehensive training will be provided).
• Ability to pass a background check for employment.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• An iPad, laptop, and smartphone to get started.

• 8 weeks of paid training based on productivity and effort.

• First-year potential earnings of $75,000 to $125,000.
• Uncapped earning potential of $150,000 to $250,000+ with effort and training.
• For $50,000 monthly sales : up to $500 gas reimbursement (with receipts).
• For $100,000 monthly sales : a $1,000 bonus.
