PennState Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Orthopedics Supervisor for a nursing job in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania.

SUMMARY OF POSITION : n n n n n

n n Responsible for serving in a lead capacity by assisting with supervision of clinical staff; for providing leadership and orientation to clinical personnel;

and for performing a variety of nursing duties in order to coordinate the delivery of care to patients. Serve as a role model, leader, consultant, collaborator, educator, and clinician within a specialty area. n n n n

n n n MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) : n n n n n

• n n Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a Master's Degree in Nursing required. n n
• n n Five (5) years clinical RN experience required. n n
• n n Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact. n n
• n n Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate n n

n n n PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S) : n n n

• n n Experience in specialty area preferred. n n
• n n Certification in a specialty area preferred. n n
