As a BODY20 New Membership Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis.
You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community.
This is a performance based role - if you do not have sales experience with a proven track record, it's probably not for you.

Responsibilities
- Consistently follow concise sales and communication process for prospective new members
- Maintain monthly sales and activity quotas
- Create and post social media outreach as required
- Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
- Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio
- Assist studio manager in day to day operations
- Help coach prospective new members when necessary
Requirements
- MINIMUM 1 year commission based sales experience required, fitness sales a plus
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
- Passion for fitness
- Willing and able to work evenings as well as some weekends (12-8 T-Th)
- Strong Follow-up and organizational skills
