The Coordinator for the Keith B. Key Center for Student Leadership and Service is an integral staff member within the Office of Student Life Ohio Union and Student Activities department.
Located within the Ohio Union, the Keith B. Key Center for Student Leadership and Service (KBK Center) serves as a unique hub for student involvement on campus offering opportunities for students to connect with leadership and service initiatives, utilize meeting spaces, engage with student organizations, and access office supplies and services via the Resource Room.
This role manages operations and resources within the KBK Center including the Resource Room’s daily operations and student staff, student organization offices and lockers, meeting spaces, and community building programs in the Center.
Minimum Education Required : Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Education Desired : Master's Degree
Qualifications
Required : Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; customer service experience.
Years of relevant experience required : 3
Preferred minimum years of relevant experience : 4-8
- Desired : Master’s degree in higher education and student affairs or related field; facility and operations management experience;
- experience overseeing and streamlining processes and procedures; experience working with college students at a large collegiate institution;
stakeholder management experience; demonstrated skill in working with diverse communities and cultural groups; program planning experience.
