A company is looking for a Document Control / Training Specialist to manage document control systems and oversee employee training in a GxP-regulated environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain the document control system, ensuring compliance and proper management of all documentsOversee the training program, ensuring all employees receive necessary GxP and SOP-related trainingPrepare documents and training records for audits and inspections, collaborating with various departments for timely updatesRequired Qualifications2-3 years of experience in document control and / or training roles within a GxP-regulated environmentProficient in using document control systems and training platforms, preferably Veeva Quality Docs and ComplianceWireWell-versed in GxP regulations (GMP, GLP, GCP) and ISO standardsExperience with electronic document management systems and learning management systems
