Atlanta Painting Company is looking for performance and people-driven superintendent to develop painters, implement new ideas, and help guide customers to the best paint project they can have.
Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple painting crews & projects
- Interface & communicate with customers & crews daily
- Daily job site visits
- Customer service & problem resolution
- Participate in weekly meetings to review past completed projects
- Daily communication to VP of Operations / office on the status of jobs
- Weekly payroll management for painting crews
- Training / Interviewing new painting crews
- Quality control & enforcement of company standards on all job sites

Compensation :
$45,000 - $60,000 annual salary (based upon experience), Gas Reimbursement, Bonus potential (commission-based paid out monthly).
