Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Supervisor to join our team at Medical City Dallas. This full-time position offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities :
- Deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all functions in the unit
- Monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies
- Assist with admission and discharge processes
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement
- Support improved outcomes and service in collaboration with the leadership team
Requirements :
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of one year experience in high acuity PCU or critical care unit
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certifications
