Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction is responsible forAssist the Project Manager in developing project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirementsCoordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure timely and successful project deliveryAssist with the preparation of bid packages, RFPs, and RFIsTrack project progress and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and clientsMonitor and control project costs, identifying and addressing potential budget overrunsManage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reportsAssist with the resolution of project issues and conflictsEnsure compliance with project safety and environmental standardsAssist with the development and management of project schedulesAssist with the closeout of projects, including punch lists, warranty work, and final payment

The Successful Applicant
The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction will have the following skillset
- College Degree required
- 3+ years of experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with Procore is a plus
- Ability to analyze and revise internal processes to improve efficiency
- Detail oriented
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
