Sales Representative
- Ensure Nabisco leadingbrands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among others) arewell represented, stocked and maintained through the implementationof Mondelēz’ guidelines.
- Sales objectives,campaigns and promotions, sales brochures and order guides, salespresentations, sources of product and distribution, maintainingschematics and uses, as well as propermerchandising.
- Perform in-store planning bytailoring programs and fact-based sales presentations to thecustomer's needs, store demographics, and the current consumer baseto drive Mondelēz International and customergrowth.
- Develop strong business relationshipswith store management to provide service and value beyond thecustomer's expectations.
- Work with customer toensure sufficient product is ordered to support consumer take away,including from incremental racks and displays, forDSD.
- Communicate plans and effectively managemerchandising resources to build sales volume at store level. Workin conjunction with the Merchandiser to ensure inventory is fullystocked, always rotated and presentable;
as well as properly creditand dispose of all unsalable merchandise from allstores.
- Monitor and report on competitiveactivity and document all pricing activities. Be a collaboratorbetween our Customer Business teams and customer’s storemanagement.
- Be at least 18years of age, have a valid driver's license and proof of autoinsurance
- High School Diploma or GED required,college degree highly preferred.
- Ability toperform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet thedefined physical activities like Repetitive lifting bending, andcarrying up to 25 lbs.
occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing &pulling over. This includes physically moving our products from thestock rooms and stocking the store’sshelves.
- Previous retail / grocery experienceis a plus
- Be open to relocation, outside ofregion, and outside of state, asnecessary.
- Willingness to perform merchandiserresponsibilities, as needed.
- Live within 50miles range from the primary location in Hillsboro,OR
