Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse skill set to provide comprehensive nursing services.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal values
  • Assist in patient assessments and care planning
  • Provide wound care and dressing changes
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans

Title : LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse - Weekend Shift

Location : Lancaster, PA - 17603

Duration : 4 months, with possible Extension

Shift : 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 PM, Meal : 30 mins

Days : Weekend Sat and Sun 8 hours / day

Area : Abbeville Nursing and Rehab

Job Types : Full-time, Contract

Expected hours : 16 per week
