We are seeking a Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Portland, OR area. This is a field position with a possible territory near you, as we service all of Portland and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
- Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
- Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Developing options to solve unusual problems
- Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations
Qualifications :
- Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
- Experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus
- Strong computer knowledge is a plus
