Position Overview

We are currently seeking a top level Key AccountExecutive to join our team in the Medical Devices / Diagnostic ImagingProducts industry.

As a Key Account Executive, you will play a primary role indriving business growth and furthering strong client relationships within theEnterprise Services customer base.

Responsibilities

Strategically analyze specific market conditions, determine trends and market needs to establish and execute a successful strategic sales plan;

collaborating with internal and external partners; within the Enterprise Service customer space.

Maintain and further high level strategic customer relationships with key clinical leaders, administrative C level officers, and decision makers;

as well as internal stakeholders.

  • Manage ES customers, develop and execute multi-faceted sales plans, collaborate closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Initiate and lead territory team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity;

gathering data and feedback from multiple channels.

  • Act as the primary point of contact to customers in all matters, soliciting customer feedback and strategy to determine best plans and next steps for optimal customer support.
  • Using leads and internal resources, initiate prime sales quotes, host effective customer meetings, and pro-actively showcase a match of customer need to equipment capabilities.
  • Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Devise sales plans and strategies, develop forecasts, budgets and operating plans for product sales channels.
  • Provide oversight and analysis of data in sales tools and dashboards, including CRM for forecasts and planning.
  • Mentor, train, and coach newer team members.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or arelated field, plus 10+ years' experience in a clinical or sales environment,with a minimum of 5 years' experience selling diagnostic imaging capitalequipment into clinical / hospital environments;

or equivalent combination ofeducation and related experience.

Skills Required

  • Expert background of building and furthering strong client relationships at multiple levels
  • Experience with diagnostic imaging products and systems applications, working with large quotas and long sales cycles.
  • Experience selling into large complex university healthcare settings
  • Solid professional judgment and complex problem-solving competence.
  • Ability to improve existing processes and approaches.
  • Clinical / hospital consultative services experience
  • Skilled with budget processes as they apply to customer-needs analysis, purchasing, and delivery.
  • Excellent solution-providing ability, negotiation, and customer satisfaction as end goal.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication and excellent results-driven presentation skills

The base pay range forthis position is $79,000 - $108,000 annually; however, base pay offeredmay vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The annualincentive target is $115,000 (variable compensation). Siemens Healthineersoffers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off andholiday pay.
