Sales Development Representative
We're looking to hire someone in the Bay Area, but this job does not require going into the office. We will meet up around once a month and visit customers.

About the Role
We're looking for someone who is tech-savvy and enjoys spending time in new software. The ideal candidate has spent a few years in a sales role with some construction exposure, but we are not restricting this role to people with construction domain expertise.
As an SDR, you are responsible for working with new clients and the rest of our team to help guide builders to understand and buy our products and services.
You'll work directly with the co-founders to build and manage a pipeline of construction projects.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll handle inbound and outbound leads via email, text, and phone
- Implement and experiment with tools and processes to optimize our selling process
- Collaborate with the founding team to help build Current Sets from the ground up
What You’ll Need
- 1+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication skills and comfort in talking to new people
- Competitive drive to hit and exceed goals
- Interest in what Current Sets is building
