Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide assembly processes.
- Utilize shop math skills to ensure accurate measurements and calculations.
- Meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical troubleshooting and assembly skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documentation.
- Strong shop math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must meet physical requirements, including the ability to lift up to insert weight lbs.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred.
