- Client Requests Management : Handle requests related to beneficiary changes, payment frequency adjustments, policy updates, and loans.
- CRM Updates : Accurately update and maintain client information in our CRM system.
- Illustrations & Reviews : Run In Force Illustrations and manage the annual review database. Schedule and provide basic preparation for review meetings.
- Compliance : Oversee the CRIA review process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Client Relations : Maintain and nurture client relationships by processing withdrawals, distributions, and contributions to and from any investment account.
- Investment Account Management : Process tuition payments from 529 accounts, update or add ongoing distributions or contributions, calculate and assist with RMDs (Required Minimum Distributions), and help clients with re-linking or logging into their access portals.
- Tracking & Recognition : Track CD due dates, client birthdays, and significant life events for recognition and relationship building.
