THE L&D UNITWe have 150 deliveries a month (as a quaternary care hospital)70% of our OB moms are high risk with neonates, medically complex co-morbidities.
We provide care for up to 14 antepartum patients, 9 L & D patients, 18 postpartum mother / baby pairs.We have antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum services.
We staff according to AWHONN standards.We are a certified WHO-Baby Friendly Hospital.Will provide outpatient services if needed.
SCHEDULE36 hours / week, 12-hour night shifts.REQUIRMENTSOne or more years as a labor and delivery nursing experienceHave / obtain a current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Washington.
Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.New to OB- two or more years of critical care or inpatient acute care nursing.
