Registered Nurse Team Member Overnight Shift
University Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) towork the Overnight Shift (11PM to 7AM) at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Bronx NY.
DUTIES :
- As a RegisteredNurse (RN) Provide advice & support to the Residents and theirfamilies
- Monitoring Residents andadministering medication and treatments
- Documents Resident care services by charting in Resident &dept. records
- Protects Residents & staffby adhering to infectioncontrol policies & protocols
- Resolves Resident problems &needs byutilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
- Assures quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies &standards of care
- Maintains Residentconfidence by keeping information confidential
REQUIREMENTS :
- Should work well ina team environment
- Current State RegisteredNurse RN License
- LongTerm Care experiencepreferred
- Solid computer skills; workingknowledge of MS Office
- Excellentcommunication skills
- Should be friendly anda strong team worker
