Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager with extensive experience in federal government proposal management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and drive proposal generation and customer-facing documentation

Ensure on-time delivery of compliant and compelling proposals

Collaborate with various teams to deliver competitive proposals and support business development efforts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

7+ years of successful proposal management experience for a federal government professional services firm

Experience with federal government Requests for Proposals / Quotes (RFP / RFQ)

Experience using federal government contract research platforms such as Bloomberg Government, GovWin, and sam.gov

US citizenship or permanent resident
