WeKare Medical Center is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing online communities, and analyzing campaign performance.
Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our online presence, building brand awareness, and fostering positive relationships with our patients and the community.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with WeKare Medical Center's goals and values.
- Manage and maintain the organization's social media profiles, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and infographics, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that promote services, events, health tips, and patient success stories.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to target specific demographics and maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports on the effectiveness of social media efforts and recommending adjustments as
needed.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer engagement to amplify our online presence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality, and ethical guidelines in all social media activities.
- Work closely with other departments to gather content, insights, and updates for sharing on social media platforms.
- Continuously seek out and suggest creative ways to enhance the organization's social media presence and engage the community.
