JOB TITLE : Personal Care Aide
Salary : $11-14 / hr
Location : Mon Valley
JOB DESCRIPTION The Personal Care Aide is responsible for executing duties according to the client’s plan of care. Responsibilities include but are not limited to activities of Household Care, Personal Care and Supportive Care.
DUTIES : Duties are assigned as the plan of care for every individual client, which consists of one or more of the following :
1. Household Care : Tasks such as cooking, laundry, and cleaning.
2. Personal Care : Assisting with feeding, grooming, bathing, and reminding to take Medication.
3. Supportive Care : Providing companionship, errands, and appointment escort.
