Position Overview :
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time School Psychologist to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the academic, emotional, and social development of students through a variety of psychological services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assessment & Evaluation : Conduct psychological assessments to understand students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Counseling Services : Provide individual and group counseling to help students manage emotional and social challenges.
- Crisis Intervention : Offer immediate support to students during crises to ensure their safety and mental health.
- Advocacy : Advocate for the educational and mental health needs of students.
Qualifications :
- Educational Requirements : Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Certification : Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Pennsylvania.
- Experience : Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Professional Skills : Strong munication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
