As the Certified Nursing Assistant, you will partner with our Director of Patient Care Services and Interdisciplinary Teams to further that mission.

On an average day you will :
- Spend quality one-on-one time with patients and their families to support everyday needs
- Care for hospice patients by providing paths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linen as often as needed
- Help patients dress and undress
- Record important health information including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
- Assess and report the patient condition and any significant changes to the Case Manager
- Assist patients with ambulation and exercise
- And additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
- An enthusiasm for providing the best possible care to patients and their families
- A CNA license in good standing
- 1 year of experience in hospice or home health preferred
- A valid driver's license with an automobile in good working order that is properly registered and insured
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills
- And additional related duties as needed
