Sales : Product Sales
- Create strategic business plans for existing, dormant and prospective customers.
- Receive and engage with the customer to understand the customer’s requirement.
- Utilize customer data captured to enhance outreach and further cultivate relationships with the customers.
- Introduce the various product offering to the customers and facilitate customer buying decision and complete transaction.
- Be efficient in follow-up and all after-sales services with customers.
Sales : Retail Operations : Store Management
- Maintain Service and Standards’ at all times by adhering to all policies and ensuring the highest standard of customer experience.
- Share Customer feedback and sales opportunities with Store Manager.
- Share best practices and knowledge with store and colleagues.
- Count and maintain the account of stock daily by managing the record of the opening stock and closing stock in the section allocated.
Report the sold stock and ensure the stock replenishment.
- Monitor the dead stock and liaison with the store manager to minimize the same.
- Servicing of orders received through website and marketplaces.
- Support and lead by example at in-store events in order to cultivate relationships and drive sales.
Retail operations :
- Field sales operations management : Customer complaint resolution
- Manage customer queries and complaints as per the Brand guidelines
