Assistother Servers to give the best possible service as specified inRoom Service Standards of ServiceManual.
Understandsthe processes of delivery and removal of all room service productandequipment.
Ensureall Special events and amenities are properly presented inaccordance with guest and hotel specifications andstandards.
Assistin special guest functions in the room as per the guestrequests
Alwaysworks with and supports other servers andcoordinators.
Maintainspars and equipment as needed to successfully accomplish alltasks.
Assistin checking minibars for the guest rooms and replenishingit.
Responsiblefor correctly handling cash credit and comp procedures and properlycompleting paperwork. Responsible for taking telephoneorders fromguests
Followthe Food safety and sanitation policies of food and beveragedepartment.
Isaware of the food and beverage offerings in the store and generalawareness on the offerings throughout theresort.
Completionof side work as assigned by Manager orCaptain.
Otherrelated duties as assigned byManager.
Qualifications :
Understand andcomply with all company and departmental rules and regulationspolicies andprocedures.
Skillin establishing and maintaining effective working relationshipswith staff andguests.
Priorserving experience of minimum 2years.
FoodHandlers Cardrequired.
Knowledgeof Restaurant operations services andfacilities.
Knowledgeof Forbes Service Standards is aplus
TIPSTraining or equivalent Responsible Alcohol Service Training is aplus
Mustbe able to speak read write and understandEnglish.
