Associate Director, Hr Business Partner

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Associate Director, HR Business Partner to support a highly dispersed field and sales organization across North America. In this role, you'll partner with leaders in operations and sales, leading 2 HR business partners to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support across branches and regions. You'll balance workforce planning, labor / union issues, and employee relations with talent development, sales force enablement, and leadership effectiveness.

Partner with Ops and Sales leaders on org design, workforce / salesforce planning, succession, and talent pipeline.

Drive talent development for frontline leaders and sales managers; support leadership programs and succession planning.

Guide sales force effectiveness through incentive design and onboarding / ramp-up programs.

Lead complex employee relations issues.

Partner on comp & rewards, culture, engagement, and change initiatives (M&A, systems, realignments).

Use HR and sales analytics (turnover, attrition, quota ramp-up, succession health, engagement) to drive decisions.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree

8+ years of HR experience

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's degree

Prior people leadership experience - managing, coaching, and developing HR professionals

Strong background in talent development, sales support, workforce planning, and Employee Relations.

Familiarity with sales incentives and union / non-union workforce issues.
