Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager in the Western US. Ideal location would be Southern CA, but any large Metro area from the Rocky Mountains to the West Coast may be acceptable.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing manufacturer reps and growing sales within their designated region.
The day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, creating sales strategies, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets.
The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, preferably 5+ years in the lighting industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Experience in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities
- Knowledge of the outdoor lighting market, competitors and industry trends
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field preferred
