Director Of Quality And Risk Management

The Director Of Quality And Risk Management is responsible for leading the activities and resources of the Quality And Risk Management Department to achieve both departmental and organizational goals. This includes oversight of risk management, patient safety, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage claims against the facility and coordinate with legal counsel and the corporate compliance team.
• Serve as liaison with patients, medical staff, and hospital staff to resolve complaints.
• Administer and oversee the day-to-day operations of the risk management program.
• Analyze risk data and trends to mitigate liability and improve patient outcomes.
• Lead patient safety initiatives to create and maintain a safe healthcare environment.
