Description
Johnson & Johnson Corporate Business Technology (CBT) is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Technical Product Owner (TPO) Treasury , based in Beerse, Belgium.

Role Description
The TPO will manage Finance applications on Treasury platforms (SAP ECC / S4, JAVA, and SWIFT technology). Responsibilities include leading delivery for the Treasury squad, managing project vision and priorities, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
This position involves developing technology strategy for Treasury, overseeing multiple initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence while delivering strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set a clear vision for the product and manage multi-generation product strategy.
- Maximize ROI by identifying and prioritizing product features by business value.
- Define and execute global strategies and solutions; partner with business to improve processes.
- Understand business needs and negotiate priorities based on capacity.
- Accountable for development work accuracy.
- Drive business process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct business requirements analysis and ensure design gap analysis.
- Track progress of Treasury system development and prepare updates for leadership.
- Lead projects of medium to large complexity and provide coaching to team members.
- Ensure compliance with J&J standards and security policies.

Qualifications :
- A minimum of a master’s degree in applied economics or IT.
- A minimum of 8 years of Finance and / or Technology and Treasury domain knowledge.
- People leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in managing complex global projects and teams.
- Experience with cloud-based application delivery (SaaS).
- Hands-on project management skills.
- Experience with software validation in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodology and agile methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior business leaders.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
