Description : As a Front Desk Representative at TMZ Events, you will be the face of our company, welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth experience from the moment they arrive.
Your role is crucial in setting the tone for a positive and memorable event experience.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Provide information about events, services, and amenities offered by TMZ Events.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless process for all guests.
- Handle inquiries, resolve guest issues, and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and professional front desk area, including organizing materials and ensuring all supplies are stocked.
- Coordinate with event staff to ensure guest needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office equipment, such as computers and phone systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
