Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Summit Wellness Counseling

Springfield, Oregon | Hybrid or Remote | Full-Time | W-2 Position

Summit Wellness Counseling—a person-of-color and neurodivergent owned private practice—is hiring Licensed Therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologists) for full-time roles.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality therapy services both in-person and / or via telehealth.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients’ care teams and participate in team meetings and consultations.
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 21 client sessions per week.
  • Uphold ethical standards and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.
  • What We’re Looking For

    Required :

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, therapy, psychology, or clinical social work.
  • Active Oregon license : LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist.
  • Experience working with diverse and historically underserved populations.
  • Strong clinical skills in trauma-informed, client-centered care.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA-compliant practices.
  • Commitment to personal growth, self-care, and collaborative teamwork.
  • Preferred :

  • Experience in private practice.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Training or interest in EMDR, IFS, relational / attachment -based therapy, or feminist therapy models.
  • What We Offer

  • Expected annual compensation when meeting full-time quota : $95K–$105K+ based on caseload.
  • Fixed Annual Compensation Component of $85,000 per year (W-2 Non-Exempt), paid monthly.
  • 60% commission per session
  • Flexible 32-40 hour workweek with hybrid scheduling options.
