Summit Wellness Counseling—a person-of-color and neurodivergent owned private practice—is hiring Licensed Therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologists) for full-time roles.

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality therapy services both in-person and / or via telehealth.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation.

Collaborate with clients’ care teams and participate in team meetings and consultations.

Maintain a caseload of at least 21 client sessions per week.

Uphold ethical standards and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.

What We’re Looking For

Required :

Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, therapy, psychology, or clinical social work.

Active Oregon license : LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist.

Experience working with diverse and historically underserved populations.

Strong clinical skills in trauma-informed, client-centered care.

Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA-compliant practices.

Commitment to personal growth, self-care, and collaborative teamwork.

Preferred :

Experience in private practice.

Fluency in Spanish.

Training or interest in EMDR, IFS, relational / attachment -based therapy, or feminist therapy models.

What We Offer

Expected annual compensation when meeting full-time quota : $95K–$105K+ based on caseload.

Fixed Annual Compensation Component of $85,000 per year (W-2 Non-Exempt), paid monthly.

60% commission per session

Flexible 32-40 hour workweek with hybrid scheduling options.
