summary Responsibilities Inspect the site to determine the scope of work Prepare the estimate in Xactimate Build and maintain relationships with clients, adjusters, and property managers Document activities and communication in company software / systems (MS Outlook, Xactimate, Dash, and Encircle) Communicate regularly and effectively with clients, employees, and subcontractors Be persuasive in communicating the solution and its value Work with other departments to ensure overall success Compensation $55,000 - $90,000 + commission yearly required-skills : Qualifications Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines Have a working knowledge of applicable building codes Strong computer skills are amust 2 plus years experience in Construction and / or-Restoration estimating Excellent communication skills;
