What you’ll be responsible for :

Circle is looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. In this vital role, you will support the design and optimization of finance processes as the organization scales.

You will work directly with Finance and cross-functional teams to enable the design and rollout of Finance transformation, finance automation and streamlining of core finance processes, international expansion and product roadmap enablement.

What you'll work on :

  • Assisting in the project management & operationalization of finance transformation initiatives, including ERP system implementation and process automation.
  • Collaborating with Accounting, Tax, Data and Treasury teams to support core finance process enablement.
  • Working with cross-functional teams, including Product, to ensure financial readiness for new projects and initiatives.
  • Supporting the alignment of finance processes with the company’s growth and international expansion strategy.
  • Developing documentation, monitoring tools, plus contributing change management activities and training efforts for new finance systems and processes.
  • Building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to promote collaborative success.

What you’ll bring to Circle :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience, ideally supporting finance transformation, operations, or consulting.
  • A basic understanding of finance operations, including core finance processes and systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Outstanding analytical skill, with a passion for metrics and data; ability to leverage data to develop presentations in order to influence and drive decision making.
  • Good organizational skills, detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for process improvement.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new challenges.
  • Experience / familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to : relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range : $102,500 -137,500

Annual Bonus Target :

Also Included : Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy.
