THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Senior Product Manager to focus on emerging opportunities and technologies within sportsbook researching, prototyping and experimenting on complex topics such as AI, NLP, social betting, loyalty.

If you're a strong product leader with an interest in playing a critical role on projects with the potential to disrupt the sports betting industry and create long-term competitive advantage for FanDuel, this may be the role for you.

THE GAME PLAN

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Inform, shape, and drive execution of market leading product initiatives
  • Propose, prioritize, and articulate more complex product feature sets, identifying user problems, and untapped strategic opportunities, beginning to influence business context for domain
  • Define product success criteria around customer and commercial outcomes, ensuring alignment with stakeholder and business goals, using a / b testing to drive products
  • Establish outcome led practices, bringing voice of customer to delivery team
  • Define product success criteria. Track and report objectively on performance
  • Assess product opportunities and lead ideation and prioritization for new iterations and products
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and operational functions to lead successful product releases and post-launch optimizations
  • Lead communication on the product outcomes, strategy and learnings to organizational stakeholders
  • Lead collaborative workshops and sessions : turning outputs into clear action
  • Demonstrate innovative thinking, identifying new opportunities for product based on experimentation, research, competitive analysis, and consumer feedback
  • Maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors
  • Partner with commercial and engineering leaders on Sportsbook objectives and key results around customer and commercial outcomes

THE STATS

What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as a product manager or similar role required
  • Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products
  • Knowledge and implementation experience of modern product practices and experimentation strategies
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Excellent critical thinker
  • Excellent collaborator and organizer
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

The applicable salary range for this position is $114,000 - $150,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand.

This role may offer the following benefits : medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance;

a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.

This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
