Position - Registered Nurse (RN- L&D)- Labor & Delivery
Location - Renton, WA
Shift - Both Days and Nights are available
Expected Hours - 36 hours a week (12 hours a day, 3 shifts a week)
Duration - 16 weeks (extension available)
Pay Details : $2900 -$3100 / week for 36 hours for travelers and $70 / hour - $75 / hour for a local candidate
Job Overview
As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to expectant mothers during the childbirth process.
Your expertise and compassion will be essential in ensuring the well-being of both mother and baby.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of newborns and provide immediate care to both mother and baby
- Monitor the progress of labor and vital signs of mother and baby
- Administer medications and pain management techniques as needed
- Educate new mothers on postpartum care and breastfeeding techniques
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe delivery process
