Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee value-add multi-family construction projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, particularly in the multi-family sector, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Management :
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Team Leadership :
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and vendors.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Quality Control and Compliance :
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety.
Communication and Reporting :
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, investors, and senior management.
- Provide regular project updates and reports.
Risk Management :
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on multi-family projects.
- Proven experience in value-add construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
