2+ years in ESCROW processing *REQUIRED
Role Summary :
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant (Escrow) to join a remote team. This role involves providing centralized clerical support for escrow processing, including opening and closing tasks.
The ideal candidate will assist escrow branches by managing high-volume documentation, ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle document processing for escrow openings and closings
- Communicate instructions to escrow branches (no direct customer interaction)
- Follow established procedures and suggest process improvements
- Work independently, with occasional support from senior team members
Ideal Candidate :
- Experience : 2+ years in escrow processing *REQUIRED*
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Connect (editing PDFs)
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge : Familiarity with escrow procedures and regulations
