- Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent (agency or in-house experience welcome!).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
