This high performing organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative who has experience in a call center setting, performing at a steady, fast paced and high volume environment! This position will be responsible for navigating various conversations with customers regarding various insurance claims, working with their account information, and utilizing Microsoft Products.

Proficiency in Microsoft Products and previous experience within a call center environment are required. Due to the nature of this position, overtime is REQUIRED.
