Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage the firm’s online presence, including website updates, SEO, and social media channels.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data and analytics to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Foster relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals to enhance the firm’s reputation and visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience in the legal industry or a law firm is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Prior experience responding to RFP.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
