TheMarketing Operations Intern works closely with the CorporateMarketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams topush products to the marketplace.
This person maintains dataintegrity, performs analysis, assists with automation functions,and / or website optimization.
WhatYou'll Do
Marketing OperationsInterns may perform any of the following activities depending uponwhich team(s) they may support :
MarketingOperations
- Maintain data integrity inSalesforce and Marketo
- Perform in-depthanalysis measuring marketing campaigneffectiveness
- Work closely with ProductMarketing to build audiencesegmentations
- Contribute to lifecycle andautomation functions of marketing
- Assist withlead acquisition
MarketingAutomations
- Utilize spreadsheetsoftware to run matching and lookup functions to normalizeaccounts
- Help maintain marketing reports anddocumentation
Digital Marketing
- Analyze and identify optimizationareas (e.g. search trends, visitor engagement, conversion, userinteraction, etc.)
- Create and implement anactionable plan and recommendations for improving how visitors findand use our website
- Conduct a website contentaudit, including brand voice, SEO optimization,governance
- Work in A / B and multivariate testingmethodology
- Develop, launch, and measuresuccess of web content for integrated marketingcampaigns
What You'llNeed
Minimum Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in adegree-seeking program, preferably in Marketing, MarketingAnalytics, Consumer Behavior, or relatedprogram
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent verbal, written, andinterpersonal communicationskills
- Self-motivated with strong propensityfor action, results and continuousimprovement
- The ability to work successfully ina high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment isnecessary
- Exceptional organizational skillswith the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes,programs, and procedures simultaneously while working underpressure to meet deadlines
- Experience withreporting and analytics preferred
IfDigital Marketing focused :
- Workingknowledge of Drupal or other web content management systems(CMS)
- HTML experiencenecessary
- Experience with CSS and Bootstrappreferred
TravelRequirements and WorkingConditions
- Reliableinternet access for any period of time working remotely, not in aWorkiva office
- Must be authorized to work inthe United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
