Requirements 1 year of call center experience + Must have reliable internet and the ability to pick up equipment in Irving, TX + Ability to type 35 WPM + Have a flexible schedule

Schedule Work from home + Must be available to work between 8 AM - 7 PM (Training Monday - Friday from 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM)

Pay $14 - $17.20 per hour (depending on the assignment)

Call Center Representative Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls professionally.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting any problems and navigating products / services.
  • Input / update customer information in the company's database.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform follow-up calls to customers.
  • Promote products and services to contribute to sales and revenue targets.
