Requirements 1 year of call center experience + Must have reliable internet and the ability to pick up equipment in Irving, TX + Ability to type 35 WPM + Have a flexible schedule
Schedule Work from home + Must be available to work between 8 AM - 7 PM (Training Monday - Friday from 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM)
Pay $14 - $17.20 per hour (depending on the assignment)
Call Center Representative Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls professionally.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting any problems and navigating products / services.
- Input / update customer information in the company's database.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform follow-up calls to customers.
- Promote products and services to contribute to sales and revenue targets.
