This highly skilled team of professionals offers a full range of bridge services from scoping, planning, and preliminary engineering through final design for small to large scale bridges.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the success of the projects under his / her management.
• Handle all aspects of a project.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to individuals.
• Plan, organize, and supervise the work and workload of project staff.
• Monitor project costs to ensure that the project is delivered within budget, fulfills customer expectations for schedule and quality, and aligns with the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience of AASHTO compliant bridge design / management experience.
• Must be a licensed Professional Engineer in NY or be able to be licensed in NY.
• Ability to lead multi-discipline bridge projects for public and private sector clients.
• An established business network with DOT, Thruway, and / or Municipal clients and contractors.
• Prior experience with the Federal-Aid project delivery process.
• Proven ability to manage bridge projects and lead multi-disciplinary teams meeting schedule, budget, and quality.
• Proven ability to identify, pursue, and win work.
• Ability to work remotely with team members in other offices.
• Familiarity with construction engineering, AREMA based rail bridge design, and / or design build procurement is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Compensation : $102,000 - $132,000 DOQ.
