We are looking for a dedicated Senior Business Analyst like you to be a part of our team.
Job Summary and Qualifications
The Case Management Business Analyst is focused on providing subject matter expertise on Case Management products including its functionality and utilization, collaborating with project teams and business partners to meet project objectives.
This position will provide leadership to other analysts, business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of the Case Management product initiatives.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to establish effective working relationships and manage multiple priorities.
This includes discussions and collaborating with other project team members to design functional product details and changes, identify and escalate project issues, and ultimately ensure product requirements are met.
The candidate will provide hands-on expertise to independently resolve service delivery or functionality issues with the Case Management product, frequently communicating with project team members, support resources, other supporting external vendors, and end users.
This position requires a strong working knowledge on how the Case Management resources utilize the technology, by maintaining strong relationships with various business partners.
The ideal candidate for this position has a product development background with well-developed communication skills. Care Management product experience and EMR experience is a plus.
Major Responsibilities :
- Analyzes current or potential business processes and reviews existing information systems to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Facilitate requirements discovery sessions to drive product requirements; solid collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Provides expertise in process design and provides leadership in communicating requirements to product development, testing, and education / training.
- Develops maps and flowcharts of business processes (current and future state)
- Elicits and documents business, user, functional and non-functional requirements. Creates deliverables independently or through a team and manages approval
- Take ownership of responsibilities, working individually or with teams to accomplish goals
- Provide tier 2 customer support to the end users

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies, methods, and processes.

- Works with all departments throughout the product delivery cycle to ensure project dates are met and ensure timely completion of Business Analyst deliverables

- Ability to multi task, given various task assignments, assisting management in prioritization of tasks
- Engages actively in professional growth and development of self, utilizing professional organizations, workshops, seminars, and other self-directed learning activities as applicable.

- Practices and adheres to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement".
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree required
- Bachelor's degree healthcare field required
- 5+ years of experience in applicable experience required
- 3+ years of experience in Experience in MEDITECH or other EHR systems preferred
- 5+ years of experience in experience with technology implementations required
- Scrum or Agile preferred
- Six Sigma Methodologies preferred
- No Travel : the job does not require any travel
- Role will sit in-person in Nashville, TN
