Summary
The Workday securities and integrations analyst is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the security and integration aspects of the workday system.
The analyst will work closely with the Workday team, the IT team, and the business stakeholders to ensure that the system meets the security and integration requirements of the organization.
Responsibilities
Configure and manage the security domains, roles, and permissions in Workday
Hands-on experience configuring, developing and testing Workday integrations using the suite of Workday integration tools, including but not limited to Workday Studio, cloud connectors, BIRT
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues and errors using Workday report writer and integration logs
Perform regular audits and reviews of the security and integration configurations and processes to ensure compliance with policies and standards
Provide technical support and guidance to the Workday team, the IT team, and the business stakeholders on security and integration related matters
Creating Jira tickets for requests related to security and integrations
Develop and document technical specifications using our standard BRD and ensure all artifacts are uploaded to the appropriate Jira ticket
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions and staying up to date on Workday releases
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 10 years of HRIS experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday security and integration development and administration
Strong knowledge of Workday security domains, roles, permissions, and best practices
Proficient in Workday studio, EIB, core connectors, web services, and XML
Experience in Workday report writer, calculated fields, and custom reports
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and errors
Strong ability to translate and communicate strategic business ideas into technical language and vice versa
Workday certification in security and integration is preferred
Workday Prism experience is a plus
The expected base salary is $150,000.00 to $200,000.00. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained.
Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
