Duties & Responsibilities :
- Must be 21 years of age or older to serve daiquiris and beer options
- Have basic mathematical skills
- Smile and create and maintain eye contact with customers
- Greet customers entering and leaving the business
- Multitask for a wrap-around customer service experience from placing order at register to deliver order upon completion
- Communicate effectively with both customers and co-workers
- Greet customers entering and leaving the business
- Maintain a clean work area
- Accurately process all payments
- Pay strong attention to details
- Adhere to all food safety and workplace sanitation requirements
- Meet daily productivity standards as established by management
- Set the next shift up for success
- Execute all responsibilities with an attitude of teamwork and cooperation
- Ensure all duties and side work have been completed to standards at the end of every shift
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned
Competencies & Qualifications :
Critical-thinking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Respectful and clear communication. Teamwork. Ability to memorize recipes and procedures.
Physical stamina to stand working for the duration of the shift. Knowledge of food service regulations. Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
ABC License and ServSafe (Food Handlers Certification) is a plus but can be obtained after starting.
