Position : Clinical Medical Director
Requirements :
- Must be a licensed MD or DO in the state which you are applying for
- Willing to work M-F, 8 am to 5 pm
- 3+ years of experience in any of these departments :
- Family Practice
- Occupational Medicine
- Internal Medicine
- Emergency Department (ED)
Unrestricted DEA license
Eligible to participate in Medicare
Board Certification or Eligibility (Preferred)
Responsibilities :
- 90% of your time clinically treating patients
- 10% focused on recruiting & business metrics
- Ensure optimal execution of clinical model playbook and identify indicators for clinical improvement while confirming accurate records / billing
- Mentoring, training, and developing clinical staff and colleagues
- Build an appropriate treatment environment throughout the center that follows State Practice Act / Rules and Regulations
