Position Summary :
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for the upkeep and safety of local KVC offices.
Location :
Lawrence, Olathe, KS
Education :
High School Diploma or GED
Experience :
One to three months required experience and / or training or an equivalent of combined education and experience
Licensure / Certification :
- Valid drivers license
- Valid Auto Insurance
- At least 21 years old
Essential Duties :
- Repair and replace plumbing (pipes, fixtures, etc)
- Repair minor electrical items
- Repair office equipment
- Build shelves and other necessities
- Repair ceilings when needed
- Paint interior walls
- Groundskeeping may include mowing, snow removal, etc.
- On call for emergency repairs
- Complete other duties as assigned
