About the role
In this role you will work as part of a centralized operations team and respond to continual and varied requests from other colleagues to support the work we do for our clients via a support queue. These requests may include :
Who You Are?
You are dynamic, effective at multitasking, detail-oriented and analytical. You are experienced and comfortable with technology and like to explore and innovate. You enjoy learning and figuring out new things. You are eager to contribute and collaborate through quality, commitment, courtesy and teamwork. In addition, you have demonstrated experience with the MS Office Suite and proven understanding and an aptitude for web-based programming languages. Most importantly, you work best in a collaborative work environment that is focused on excellence and customer satisfaction.
